Notes

This pizza tastes best fresh! You can store leftovers in the fridge for 2 or 3 days, in an air-tight container. Re-heat in the oven or microwave.
Keep these ingredients on hand for a quick meal. TIP – you can freeze bacon bits and Canadian bacon (in an air-tight container or bag) for 2 to 3 months! The same goes for fresh mozzarella, pat dry and wrap in foil or plastic wrap then put in an airtight container or bag. Use fresh or canned pineapple, not frozen. Check expiration dates on labels.
SUBSTITUTIONS & ADD-ONS: Use frozen (or take n bake) cheese or peperoni pizza (remove pepperoni or leave on) – Use homemade or store-bought bacon bits (make sure to buy soft, not crunchy, bacon bits) - use shredded mozzarella instead of fresh mozzarella - ham chunks or Spam instead of Canadian bacon - add chopped purple onion, red pepper flakes, and/or jalapenos
WAYS TO COOK PIZZA: on a pizza pan, pizza stone, provided cardboard for softer crust, or directly on the oven rack for a crispy crust (lay a cookie sheet or sheet of foil on the rack below pizza to catch drips and crumbs) Consider cooking pizza in a toaster oven, air-fryer, or on the grill!
